1940s Jo-Dee Black Taffeta Two Piece Dress
1940s black taffeta jacket and skirt set, designed by Jo-Dee.
Approximately a size Small.
1940s skirt and top set, made from a black taffeta-like fabric, with a little stiffness and body to it. The top is button front, with covered buttons, and a simple peplum at the waist. The waist has black appliques and rhinestone accents. It has cap sleeves and padded shoulders. The skirt has side button and zipper closure, and a back vent slit.
In good condition. There are no holes. There is some very slight discoloration under the arms (very slight), one tiny spot where the fabric is picked (probably from a brooch), and a few light cream teensy speckles on the left shoulder. The button is also missing from the skirt.
