1940s Eisenberg Black Shirt Jacket
1940s black shirt or jacket, designed by Eisenberg.
Approximately a size Medium.
1940s black shirt jacket, made from what feels like a lightweight wool suiting blend. Possibly wool/rayon? It has a button and snap front, with three quarter sleeves that have ruching on both sides of the cuff. Extra long attached ties at the waist that can be wrapped double around the waist. The front has two small ruffled/gathered section. Pleated shoulders with shoulder pads.
In great condition condition for its age, with no holes or stains. It has a small repair on one sleeve near the shoulder, and a few picks on the neckline (see last photo). The buttons have a little wear from use, but the fabric is not torn or frayed.
